The Sea Garden Resort 2, Haad Chao Phao, Koh Phangan is a nice and small but comfy resort with just 18 rooms. Having aid that, the rooms on the street side may be a bit noisy from passing motorbikes.

The  infinity pool, the view and the sunsets however make up any complains you may have. They are stunning and a real treat at very reasonable price and staff seems to be very friendly as well.

The Sea Garden Resort 2, Haad Chao Phao, Koh Phangan is located almost on top of a hill, which supplies the amazing views. Opposite are two restaurants, my recommendation is for 'Big Mountain' with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options.

Give Sea Garden Resort 2, Haad Chao Phao, Koh Phangan a try and enjoy the hospitality and views and the nearby Haad Chao Pao with you can find a nice beach and the resort has very reasonable pricing.

All the PADI IDC's that I taught so far on Koh Phangan were on Haad Chao Phao and the beach there is just fabulous! It's a nice stretch of almost unspoiled beach in a small bay with just a few resorts and Seetanu is one of them.

The 17 bungalows come in various price rates and there a handful of low budget fan rooms changing into good bungalows at the beach or in their luscious garden.

Just for the beach alone you will love it, sunsets and quietness! Just be aware that once every month there's a party near the beach. That night it's not quiet!
The resort doesn't have a pool but the ocean is directly in front and has shallow water.

The bungalows have a good price and I can recommend the are, plenty of restaurants are nearby in this nice and quiet corner of the island.

This resort is located in Nai Wok Beach, within walking distance to Thong Sala and the main ferry pier and it's directly at the beach, albeit a very shallow beach and no pool. The rooms are ok, mainly fan but also a/c bungalows are available.

It's a very friendly place and the beach bar tends to attract all guests in the evening to hang out and have fun together.

The 30 rooms here are tranquil but still close enough to Thong Sala to be convenient and everything is within hand reach.

Nice and basic but good budget value.

This resort is located on Koh Phangan in it's 'own' exclusive bay; Haad Son. Nicely nestled between Haad Chao Phao and Haad Yao, just North of Thong Sala.

The resort boosts a great variety of accommodation, from relatively cheap bungalows to an exclusive penthouse suite with private pool. It's a family run resort and Haad Son is one of the few undeveloped bays. Although small, the beach is some 300 meters long it's a lovely setting with some spectacular sun sets.

There are 3 restaurants and 2 bars on the premises to cater to all your needs.

A quiet and relaxing area on Koh Phangan with a lovely location, catering to various budgets.

The B52 had nice and clean rooms and bungalows, conveniently located near Thongsala and it's shopping opportunities and restaurants. If you're on Phangan for the full moon party, Haad Rin is about 20 minutes away by taxi, the black moon party is about 10 minutes away and the half moon just a few minutes.

It's still a nice and quiet area with all rooms and bungalows having sea view, however, the beach isn't a sandy beach and for real beach life, you will need to travel. The infinity pool will make up however!

For what you pay, the rooms are very nicely priced, have a look and check it out and most importantly, enjoy!

Haad Salad is arguably one of the coziest beaches on Koh Phangan. It's definitely a very intimate beach and offers some amazing sunsets!

There's not much space here due to the size of the bay but there are a few options available and Salad Buri is at the higher end of your options and with 52 rooms they're not doing bad at all.

The resort is not too far away from the main port in Thong Sala and (luckily!) far enough away from Haad Rin and it's full moon madness in the very South of the island.

Enjoy a relaxing stay at one of Phangan's best bays in a medium ranged price bracket.

The Tharathip is located in Wok Tom Bay about 5 minutes by bike or car from Thongsala, the main city on Koh Phangan and is easily accessible from the main pier which is located in Thongsala.

The resort is used a lot for people visiting the full moon party but who still want a quiet place to retreat withing a reasonable distance from the party. Haad Rin is about 20 to 30 minutes away by car and/or bike.

The 36 rooms are convenient and have the basic amenities including wifi. Fairly priced, a good choice for a few nights when you also want that quiet retreat from the Full Moon Party aka FMP.

Located at the long stretching Ao Ban Tai on Koh Phangan and is part of the long unbroken stretch of white sand beach that runs from Ban Khai right the way up to Thongsala. Most of the land along the coastline has been formed as coconut plantation and the area takes on a dreamy desert island feel with palms leaning into the calm emerald sea. Ao Ban Tai has a broad beach that is protected from the high seas by the rich coral reef that follows the south and west coastline, providing a haven for beautiful and harmless marine life and a great place to go snorkeling.

The resort is also located relatively near the Haad Rin or Full Moon Party beach, so an ideal location if that's your reason for visiting, although 4 nights accommodation are required over the FMP period.

The staff is very accommodating and friendly in this resort and the bungalows at Milky Bay all come with air-con and hot water as standard. The decor inside the rooms is pleasing and each room has a spacious balcony with sea or garden views.

On the beachfront there is a volleyball net, other activities include table tennis, free pool tables in the bar area and of course the sunset swimming pool. Other facilities include massage sala, herbal steam room and salon.

A good location with rooms in various price ranges.

This is located at one of the longer beaches on Koh Phangan, Haad means beach in Thai and Yao means big. The resort used to house the first concrete building on this beach, a good 10 or so years ago and whilst visiting Koh Phangan very recently for the very first time after having lived on Koh Samui for almost 11 years, I stayed at this resort.

It's very conveniently located on Haad Yao, at the Northern corner and has very attractive prices on all of their rooms, all fitted with air con and wifi in the room. The staff was also very help full. When I was there earlier this month it was a very young average guest staying there.

If you want a convenient and fairly cheap aircon room and don't mind the big concrete building compared to the cosy bungalows Koh Phangan has to offer, this place may be well down your alley.
