My First Top 5 Oil Massage Shops in Bangkok Review

There's a reason why I never made a top 5 Bangkok oil massage shop review before. It's because I don't like sharing my favorite places with the rest of you mouth breathers. Though I have made a top 5 soapy massage review not too long ago here. See, I'm not a selfish bastard after all.

But here's a confession. I prefer body oil massage shops with happy endings over soapy massage parlors. For some reason, the working girls inside oil massage parlors are prettier. And most of them actually do have some massage skills.

That's because a lot of the girls working in oil massage shops actually started working in massage shops that have a no strict no sex policy. Then one day they realize they can get more money by offering customers extras like a rub and tug for a little bit more money. And they certainly do know they'll make more money by working at a full service sex massage shop especially in Bangkok.

Another reason why I prefer oil massage shops is because they provide more exciting services. Nuru massage, balls massage, 4 hands massage and even a bit of role play are easily provided by such establishments.

Also, pretty much all the best body on body oil massage shops are next to each other or a walking distance as well.

Some of the shops I mention below are shops that I have already reviewed before. I've been to many other new shops that have opened but I tell you, my favorites still remain the best.

Every shop I recommend has hot massage girls. And every shop I review below I'll include a link to their website so that you can check out photos of their girls. Problem is these types of businesses may not have updated their photos. So if you choose a girl on their website by calling them to send up to your room they will not tell you that girl is busy or not working anymore. They'll just send up any girl that vaguely looks like the one you chose.

1. Mitu Massage (website) located on Sukhumvit Soi 33 right inside the stair entrance of S33 Sukhumvit Compact Hotel (which is guest friendly by the way). Bangkok has a lot of oil massage shops with happy endings so a business really has to stand out in order to compete. I'm giving Mitu Massage an award for standing out and being the most unique sex shop in Bangkok. It's a Japanese inspired parlor providing services that Japanese clientele or most Asian sex freaks recognize. Like anal rimming and cat baths. If you haven't tried it don't knock it.

I also give Mitu Massage a thumbs up for utilizing social media. I've always told massage parlors if they want customers they got to show them how easy it is to find their shop and that Bangkok is not a scary place. That video above shows walking from Phrom Phong BTS Sky Train exit #4 and only takes about 6 minutes to get to Mitu from there.

Granted Mitu is not the cheapest sex massage parlor on this list it's the price you'll have to pay for good looking Thai massage girls. Mitu has two different types of service girls, No Hand Massage Girls and Regular Massage Girls.

Can Cam Massage (website) - Is located right on Sukhumvit Soi 24/1 or what I prefer to call "Oily Massage Row".  That whole strip went through some kind of quick transformation so many shops have either renovated or newly opened a year ago. If you want the best nuru gel massage experience than you will like Can Cam Massage.

I came to this shop because while I was walking past one day with the intention of going to Angel 26 Massage this cute Thai girl, made out to look like a Japanese girl really got my juices flowing.

It was my first time trying Can Cam so I asked them how much for a 90 minute nuru massage. The price was 2800THB which was acceptable. Plus did I mention the massage girl I chose was smoking hot. She was 22 years old, had reddish brown hair and even though she had fake nose and chin I could care less because her tits were natural and ample enough.

Second time I went there in a week the first girl I saw was busy. I should've made an appointment. Anyways I chose another girl who wasn't as hot, but her nuru massage body gliding skills was of olympic level. 4. Premier 101 Massage (website) is located on Sukhumvit Soi 26 alley (see map above) so it's really easy to find as well because it's not far from oily massage row. Even though most of the girls I liked when I first went there years ago are now gone, Premier 101 Massage still manages to find top quality Thai massage girls.

I wrote a review about them on this blog post 3 years ago. They don't do anything fancy at all. No ass licking or nuru massage. They only have Thai, oil and lotion massage. No fuss no muss. But they do have possibly the best looking massage girls in Bangkok. And that's a tall order. But you have to go there on weekends where the most girls show up for work. Also, ask to see the girls up front instead of rely on the picture books.

5. Angel 26 Massage (website) is located on the end of Sukhumvit Soi 24/1 also right on oily massage row. Angel 26 gets the award for the worst website design. Like I should complain. Anyways they advertise that they have around 60 massage girls on the weekends afternoon time.

They could be exaggerating but one time I went there during an afternoon weekend and I saw at least 40 girls inside the ladies waiting room. And there were at least 6 or 8 guys in the sitting area waiting for their friends which means there had to be 8 girls upstairs.

Now with that amount of massage girls you are going to find a girl you want to bang. I know a lot of guys don't want to waste too much time bouncing around looking for their type.

But Angel 26 Massage is well known for employing the most massage girls on premise because they can handle the capacity. They are one of the biggest operating sex oil massage shops in Bangkok.

I also like that Angels 26 charge separate price for sex which is 1500THB for full service. Massage you have to pay separately.

These days, Angels is trying to differentiate themselves by offering jacuzzi rooms. Plus they have really spruced up their rooms because years ago it was in really bad shape. But today it's way better.

Conclusion

I've been to many oil massage shops in Bangkok through the years. Many have opened and closed. But it seems that the older more established massage shops have stayed strong through the years. But I can certainly say it doesn't get boring whenever I have to make these kinds of reviews.

The Best Pick Up Bar in Bangkok Just Got Better

I've done a review about the Thermae Bar in Bangkok before but it's time for an updated post. I've been a regular at the Thermae longer than I can remember. To me, it's simply the best spot to pick up Thai prostitutes in Bangkok. There's no need to pay a bar fine, no need to buy lady drinks unless you want to. And for the past week I've been keeping some friends company and we've been dropping by the Thermae nearly everyday. It was fun times indeed!

Like me, they prefer a quieter places to check out Bangkok's finest freelance hookers while chatting over our reasonably priced alcohol without shouting over loud blaring music. The Thermae is not a go go bar nor is it considered a beer bar.

The Thermae Bar is a perfect meeting point for friends who have a habit of running late. Because you can always check out the available working girls standing around the bar while waiting.

The bar has about 30 to 40 girls Thai working girls inside charging from 1200THB to 2000THB for short time. All of the girls do not work directly for the bar. So no need to pay a bar fine. And as an added convenience you can always stay at the Ruamchitt Hotel, which is a very popular budget hotel right on Sukhumvit near the red light districts. If you're not a guess at the Ruamchitt you have to pay 500THB to use their rooms for 1 hour. Most of the girls inside are between 20 to 30 years of age. You may find a handful of Thai girls in their late teens. For guys looking for mature women the Thermae won't disappoint as well.



Take a good look at the video above and you'll get a good idea about the bar. I don't own the video but I wanted to show everyone what it's like to be inside. I tried taking photos inside (not of people of course) but it's just too dark inside and crowded to get a good pic on a camera phone. From the looks of the video it looks like it was recorded around 12am because there are so many ladies and customers guys standing around because no seats are available.

Before, I always told people to get to the Thermae at around 11pm, when the most girls pile inside looking for customers. Around 11pm there are at least 30 ladies while after 1am there could be around 40.

Now, for some reason there seems to be a lot of girls by 7pm. At least from what I counted there were around 20 and there were a handful of very cute girls.

However, if that's your flavor, there are usually around 6 ladyboys standing out of the Ruamchitt Hotel and Thermae Bar entrance. This is really one of the best pick up joints in Bangkok because you can find cute Thai girls charge as low as 1500THB for short time. One friend took a lady who was in her late 30's for short time for 1000THB and he says she wasn't bad looking.

One cute Thai girl charged me 2000THB for short time and I get 2 shots. Yes, you can talk to the girls about how many times you can get off. A lot of the prostitutes inside Thermae are actually looking for multiple short time customers, where they can make the quickest Baht. From my experience if you ask them for long time rates after 12am to 1am they'll usually offer you cheaper rates. Long time rates you can expect to pay around 4000THB to 6000THB. As usual the more attractive the girl is the more expensive the price.

But I wouldn't try and be too cheap with them considering you don't have to pay for bar fines and overload them with lady drinks.

The "Jap Trap"

Thermae Bar has a reputation for overpriced Thai freelancers due to the high volume of Japanese customers, either Japanese expats our Japanese tourists. The Japanese have a reputation for paying absurd prices. I think it's a false stereotype. There are a lot of Europeans, Americans, Canadians, you name it that also pay crazy prices too.

And Thermae hookers also have a reputation for preferring Japanese men, which is kind of true. But don't let that fact make you miss out on visiting the Thermae.

I have met a lot of people that swear off going to the Thermae because of the "Jap Trap" reputation. If that were true there would only be Japanese inside. But it's not. If you go inside you'd find guys from all over the world.

No matter how you look at it, you can save a lot of money pickup up Thai freelancers at Thermae Bar. A can of cola cost 80THB, a bottle of beer cost a 100THB, there's zero bar fines to pay or pushy bar bar girls asking to buy drinks and tip money.

2016 Top 5 Bangkok Soapy Massage Review

This year it looks like soapy massage parlors in Bangkok is looking a lot better. I'm sure the influx of Chinese tourists has something to do with it. Because I have been noticing a lot more soapy massage ladies working in the fishbowls and doing side line jobs. Just makes my job reviewing soapies in Bangkok more fun.

After a week back in Bangkok showing some friends around Huay Kwang where all the best soapies are located I figured why not make a brand new updated post review on Bangkok's best soapy massage parlors! It's about time anyway. I don't think I made a review last year because the parlors haven't really changed that much.

Now I haven't been back to Amsterdam Massage since last year. I only went there this time around because I had a friend staying over at a hotel across Amsterdam called Grand Mercure Bangkok Fortune Hotel.

Anyways I got there on a Friday evening around 7pm. Inside looks the same with all the ladies sitting on one side of the wall. There were around 20 to 30 girls. Immediately at least 6 girls caught my eye. The place had a decent amount of customers sitting around either waiting for friends or they simply couldn't decide.

I picked a girl within minutes. No way was I going to let another guy pick her up first. Now I don't want to get into too much details or else this post will get too long. 2. Nataree Massage - For the longest time Nataree has been my #1 top pick for soapy massage. And they are still tops in my book. However, if you've been reading my blog you'll know the kinds of Thai girls I like, which is light skinned and tall.

Nataree still has a lot of cute Thai girls and a lot of them are young around 18 to early 20 years of age. But a lot of the side line girls found inside are petit and darker skinned. Nataree is still the best hunting ground for side liners because they have at least 30 to to 40 girls sitting around the lounge area waiting for customers.

Sideline girls at Nataree range from 1800THB up to 2600THB. Girls in the higher price range tend to be younger and newer in the industry.

3. Emmanuelle Massage - This is one of the first soapy massage I've ever been to way back. And Emmanuelle really used to be one of my favorites as well until a spout of bad management totally ruined the experience. They were once one of the most well known spots infamous for falang surcharge.

When I went back last week I was surprised to see a decent amount of hot massage girls behind the fishbowl. And their side line girls were just as gorgeous. I simply couldn't decide. So I asked about the prices first in English, crossing my fingers they won't rip me off.

The Papasan said 2100THB for the side line girls and fishbowl girls start at 1800THB, which sounds about right. I asked about one particular fishbowl girl with a gorgeous body and papasan quoted me 2300THB. That was a done deal so I chose her. And I'm glad I did as I had one of the best soapy experiences ever!

4. Ocean Entertainment Massage -  Formerly Colonze 2, Ocean Entertainment Massage is under new management and they've brought in a lot of new talent. Downstairs is the fishbowl section with a handful of side liners. But I always head upstairs to the model section.

Seems like the new management has done something right. There were about 15 model category girls and I found at least 5 to my taste. Ocean entertainment model girls start at 2300THB for an hour. I chose a tall Chinese looking girl with gorgeous almond shaped eyes. Her tits were fake but I'm not complaining. I only wish she had some ass though.

Anyways Ocean Entertainment has been somewhat renovated, as the last year I went it seemed to be falling apart.

I forgot to check on the price for fishbowl girls and side liners because I didn't find any attractive girls in that area at that time. But they shouldn't be charging more than 2000THB for fishbowl girls and 2100THB for side liners.

5. Poseidon Entertainment Massage - My friends tell me Poseidon's selection of model girls have gotten a lot better through the years. And I agree, I went there last month and picked up a hot model. She was in her early 30's but man her body was hot and her was pretty. She cost 6000THB though for 45 minutes. But I don't care it was my friend's treat.

But the time I was there they had at least 3 Penthouse Model type girls. Normally you have to make reservations if you want to get with them. However, that day I believe some customer cancelled out some group orgy. Must be a guy with a lot of cash because he lost his deposit money.

Anyways I took a peek at their fishbowl girls and didn't find anyone attractive. But I've still got my memories of that hot girl I picked out from Poseidon's model girls!

Bangkok's Analisa Massage Review - The Name Says it All

A few days ago I paid a visit to Analisa Massage on Sukhumvit Soi 22. A massage with a hand job relief was what I needed. Though this massage shop is well known as a one stop prostate massage shop.

If you read my last post I was in Kuala Lumpur on extended business. A few days ago, around four punks tried to steal my BBQ grill and garden tools from my home in Bangkok. Luckily, my trusty neighbor and his friend Mr. Smith & Wesson changed the punks minds.

So I hurried back to my home to check if anything else was missing or damaged. Everything was alright. After meeting up with another friend for a quick beer he told me he was heading to Analisa Massage. It's sort of around the infamous oily massage area of Phrom Phong near its BTS station.

He told me Analisa is well known for it's prostate massage. Since he read my blog about girls doing rim jobs inside KL's Bond Spa he thought I would like a finger in my ass. Well I don't.

The Soi Analisa located on is a dead end alley. The sign is in red and the shop is easy to find. There are other hand job massage parlors nearby as well.

I got there around 5pm and there were only four girls available. The mamasan will show you a photo of the girls if you ask. Or you can ask to see them up front. Which is my personal preference.

The girl I chose was cute, around her early 20s and in good shape. Then I picked the course. Here's a big tip from Uncle Jim, always pick a girl before you pick a massage course. You do not want to choose a course, pay for it and find out that the girl looks completely different than the photos.

The Tantric,  Oil Massage, Body to Body, BJ, Prostate Massage Course and Hand Job Course is the name of the course I chose and it cost 2400THB for 90 minutes. Which is not so pricey considering all the work my massage girl did on me.

After changing into some really oily slippers provided by the house I went up with my massage girl to a room on the third floor. But she pointed to the shower room on the second floor and said that's where I'll shower. I asked her do I shower alone and she said yes. What a bummer. I was feeling let down already. Showers with a massage girl are all part of the fun. Anyways, when in Rome.

After I changed into some provided towels in the massage room I went down for a shower and when I got back up there were sensual oils outside my massage room. While waiting for just a few minutes she came in and undressed revealing her glorious tits.  And she got down to business.

There are a few hotels Sukhumvit Soi 22. The first is Marvel Hotel which is directly right across the street from Analisa. Marvel is a budget hotel with a mixed reviews. Be sure to read the reviews before booking.

The next hotel is Holiday Inn Sukhumvit which is right on the entrance of Sukhumvit Soi 22. So it's a 250 meter walk to Analisa but you can take a motorbike taxi which will cost 20THB.

I recommend the walk though because as I mentioned there are a lot of Thai massage shops that I know offer extras and I spotted some cute girls waiting outside. I might check them out next time.

Chaleena Hotel, Bangkok, Ramkanghaeng

Although the Chaleena hotel is advertised as a 4 star hotel property, those days have long gone by! The rooms are small, clips in the wall aren't fixed, the tapestry is falling off the walls and the rooms have a strong tobacco smell.

Having said that, it's extremely close to the Ramkanghaeng Uni and the sports stadium. If yu need to be in this area, the hotel may suit your needs.

Best Western Plus at 20 Sukhumvit, Bangkok

This hotel has a lot of things going for itself, for starters it's fairly new and modern, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the central location and a good price. What else can you ask for in Bangkok?

Terminal 21 shopping mall is around the corner as is Asoke sky train station. Plenty of restaurants are within walking distance, Bei Otto might be an idea and nightlife if you're looking for that.

All 78 rooms have all modern amenities, including iPod docking stations and are comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay here and can highly recommend this Best Western.

Looking for Apartments to Stay in Bangkok or Pattaya?

So I've been getting a lot of request for info on apartments. Yeah, I know a lot of serviced apartments can be expensive. There are many budget apartments in Pattaya and Bangkok with limited service meaning you'll have a maid come in and clean once or twice a week.

Though these types of Thai apartment won't have a reception desk manned full time by staff. Though there should be one or two security guards watching the place 24 hours.

So what are the benefits of staying in any of the apartments I recommend below?

First off the rules for inviting Thai hookers to your room are totally different between hotels and apartments. Hotels typically allow only 1 guest even if it does have a hooker friendly policy.

Apartment rules are usually more relaxed. Meaning one, two or three is doable. You may be able to stretch the numbers of hookers you want in your room but I wouldn't go to crazy. However, you'd have to pick up your ladies of the night personally near the elevators because nearly all modern apartments in Thailand require key card entrance given only to the occupant.

Most modern Thai apartments in Pattaya and Bangkok are typically big too. Usually a studio room at least 30 square meters with a balcony, hot water for showering, free wi-fi, television (with limited channels though) and of course air conditioning.

For example a place one of my buddies from Japan stay at whenever he is in Bangkok is an apartment complex in the Chatuchak area called Plim Place. He pays about 800THB a night ($25USD as of writing). There's no free breakfast but there is a cafe in the office reception area. And there is also a 7 Eleven next door open 24 hours so he can make a beer and condom run quickly.

In Pattaya, another friend from the UK stays at the AG Apartment in central Pattaya. He always books a standard king room with air conditioning. And I've been there a few times and seen the rooms and it's big. And he usually books the AG Apartment 3 weeks at a time and pays about 600THB per night ($19USD as of writing). Not exactly a modern apartment but clean enough and serves the purpose of any guy who loves to have threesomes in Pattaya

The only drawback I can say about Thai apartments either in Bangkok or Pattaya is they are a little far from the red light districts.

For example the Plim Place in Bangkok requires a 80THB to 90THB taxi ride from Nana and Soi Cowboy. However, if you are familiar with the city's mass transportation, you go to the bus stop next to Plim Place, hop on a bus to the MRT or BTS trains which are not far at all and reach either red light district in about 30 to 40 minutes all under 50THB one way.

AG Apartment in Pattaya requires you to hop on the buses and only cost 10THB to Walking Street's go go bars and also the freelancers on Beach Road. But most everyone I know who visits Pattaya rents a motorbike.

And paying for buses, trains and taxes is a small price compared to paying a higher amount of cash for long stay at a full serviced hotel near go go bars.

Got My Pipes Cleaned at Lolitas BJ Bar

I'm heading to Macau next week to check out some sex saunas. And to also hit up the awesome casinos. So I've been saving my energy and being a good boy for the past week.

However, I couldn't resist getting a good blow job at one of my favorite BJ bar Lolitas on Sukhumvit soi 8. Check out their website for a location map, it's very easy to find. Soi 8 is also a good hotels to stay in Bangkok.

They also have a bar in Pattaya too right on Soi LK Metro, my favorite area to find a hotel and party in Pattaya.

I have to admit, the first time I've ever been to a BJ bar all those years ago, I was shy as hell. Seeing guys get blown in full view was just way too much. Luckily today I've noticed it's not as bad. There are more curtains and I guess customers are becoming more discreet as well.

Anyways, Lolitas has these corners with privacy curtains where you can't see what's happening but you can certainly hear it. And it's a nice looking bar with nice decor and atmosphere. You can even detect the faint smell of disinfectant and I do see staff cleaning ever so often.

One time a good friend and I got so drunk we were making some crazy sounds while we were getting a hummer. He was squealing like a pig and I was making sounds like a horse. Yeah, we were being assholes and we could hear customers sitting at the bar sharing the same sentiment.

I even paid the girl that just gave me the BJ to kiss my friend in the mouth. Yes, there are lines among friends that shouldn't be crossed and I crossed it. Ahh, the good times. The cost of a BJ at Lolitas is 800THB and it's worth every Baht. I usually tip 200THB to the girl I usually choose and she remembers what I like and how I like it.

Lolitas is a fun bar and a cool place to relax. Their girls may not be the hottest in the looks category but they still have decent looking ladies to service customers. And they do know the art of a good blow job. I overheard a guy in a bar say that there's no such thing as a bad blow job. That's pure bullshit.

Some guys like a little more lip and a little less grip. But the ladies are friendly and playful and well trained in the arts of giving good head. Which is why I go back.

Anyways, when I get back from Macau I'll be sure to write a post about its nightlife. I go there mainly for the saunas. If you've never been to a brothel/sauna in Asia you will be amazed at the types of service you get and not expensive too. My fellow Asians who read my blog from Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong will certainly agree!

Yes Macau has hookers too because there are a lot of guys with money going to the casinos. So you can bet your ass that the girls are high classed prostitutes.

Updated Hotel Map on Bangkok Red Eye

My new updated hotel and nightlife map for Sukhumvit Bangkok

Thanks to a lot of helpful feedback from readers I had to put in some work on creating a better map of guest friendly hotels in Sukhumvit.

I know my gf hotel map listed on this blog is too narrow and doesn't display the hotels' approximate location. It's because this blog's theme has a preset width. And I tried tinkering with the settings to make the blog wider to accommodate a larger map but everything just became a mess. So I stopped futzing around with it.

Though I do know the list on this blog is helpful enough for those who are familiar with the Sukhumvit district. Which is why I listed the hotels accordingly from Sukhumvit soi 1 to soi 23. So basically from where Nana Plaza starts ending at Soi Cowboy. Lots of nightlife hotspots between both of those go go bar locations like massage parlors, a few BJ bars and soapies.

My Bangkok Red Eye's new gf hotel map would be very helpful to anyone who's coming to the city's Sukhumvit red light district for the first time. Keep in mind although I listed a handful of hot spots on that map there are sections of Sukhumvit where you can hook up with Thai freelancers both on the streets or inside bars. I didn't want to make the map too busy so I decided not to illustrate them on the map. So just take my word for it. Just do a search on this blog and you'll find out where you can locate Thai freelancer hot spots.

I found that the general consensus is most visitors are looking for girl friendly hotels in the 1000THB to 2000THB price range. So I selected twenty nine 2 - 3 star hotels near and between Nana Plaza and Soi Cowboy. I listed 4 hotels in the under 1000THB range because to be quite honest, there are not a whole lot of adequate cheap hotels in the red light districts of Bangkok.

However, I recommend squeezing out a few hundred Baht more on your hotel budget because that's all it takes to get yourself a better place to stay in the red light districts of Bangkok. I listed thirteen 4 star hotels that are an absolute bargain.

I also updated a list of popular hotels near massage parlors in the Phrom Phong district too. Remember, Phrom Phong is only 1 station away from Sukhumvit station. So PP district has a good selection of no joiner fee hotels too if you can't find one you like in Sukhumvit.

I also have some requests for making map of gf hotels in the Pratunam district. Because there are only 4 no joiner fee hotels I recommend in that area there's really no need for me to draw up a map. I already made some recommendations here on this post. Just just take my word those hotels are in a good location in Pratunam.

I made the updates on my website last week and so far the feedback on the changes are all positive from seeing an increase in hotel bookings. So I figure a lot of you are finding it more helpful. Both maps are bigger and easier on the eyes. Plus the maps display well on smart phones too.

Bangkok's Heaven@4 Hotel - Book 4 Nights Pay for 3 Nights Special

I've mentioned Heaven@4 hotel located on Sukhumvit soi 4 many times because of their ongoing discounts. And I've had some emails coming in asking where specifically are the stay 4 nights pay for 3 nights deal.

There's Good News and Bad News

Starting with the good news, the discount is alive and well. You can locate the discount here on my hotel room booking website.

As you can see from the screen shot below the total including taxes comes out to 4500THB divided by 4 nights comes out to 1125THB or $37USD per night for a superior room. That's not a bad price at all to pay for a hotel located just minutes away from Nana Plaza's go go bars and all of the Thai hookers on display surrounding the hotel.

There are four room types at this Heaven@4 and every room has the stay 4 nights and pay for 3 deal. Not every room has a window, though on my hotel reservation website you can make a request for one. But this hotel is so popular there's no guarantee you'll get a room with a window upon arrival.

Which leads me to the bad news. It's hard to get a room at Heaven because this discount is so popular. I did a quick search and there are rooms available this month, however when I plugged in some travel dates for July to September it seems all rooms are filled.

I checked for next month and none were available

Now I'm not saying you shouldn't try and check for yourself to see if this deal is still around for your travel dates. Room availability can change at a drop of a hat. And no I do not have control over room availability so I can't get you a room. So I recommend that if Heaven@4 fits your budget just check often because you can get lucky.

I also have to add that just because I see rooms available in June as of now doesn't mean you will see them available at the moment you check. So if you're coming to Bangkok this month I suggest making a booking here ASAP.

Oh, I do have to add that the hotel requires 1000THB room deposit upon check in. Sounds like a hefty deposit, and true, not many Thai hotels ask for deposits. Funny thing is that because the hotel is so close to Thai street hookers and beer bars it's a dangerous combination.

To put it simply, drunk guys and hookers in a room can result in broken lamps and frequent raids on the mini bar. So the hotel management just wants to protect their own interest in case of such events.

A Look at Bangkok's Patpong's Pay for Play

Like a lot of visitors to Bangkok's naughty nightlife many years ago, Patpong was the first red light district I stepped foot in the city. Patpong was all the rave a few decades ago and pretty much kicked off the seedy reputation of Bangkok.

As the years went on and the internet was at everyone's finger tips, information about Bangkok's infamous nightlife was easily accessed. And most of the info back then pointed to the Patpong's naughty go go bars and sex shows where tired worn out Thai prostitutes launched ping pong balls from their vaginas into customers beer glasses. You can find a map of Patpong's go go bars here.

That was then. Today Nana Plaza and Soi Cowboy has pretty much taken all the luster out of Patpong's lime light plus a hefty share of customers particularly Western sex tourists. Though that doesn't mean Patpong is dead at all. The sex shows and go go bars are still there though the atmosphere has changed greatly (more on that later).

One of my best friends I hang out frequently with is an expat from Japan. Like me, today he visits mostly Nana Plaza and Soi Cowboy. And like me his first time with a Thai hooker was in a short time room in Patpong.

According to him he says a lot of Japanese men are sexually adventurous. And they will try a lot of things just to get their rocks off, including ladyboys either pre-op or post-op. Sure enough, a  lot of Patpong's clientele are Japanese.

One of the reasons why most guys (at least the ones that I know) don't like venturing to Patpong's go go bars because most of the most popular venues have a mix of genuine girls and ladyboys. A lot of guys have a hard time telling the difference between the two until it's too late when they're in a room and both drop their shorts. And what's worse is discovering that the ladyboy's cock is bigger than theirs.

While Soi Cowboy and Nana Plaza's go go bars are strictly segregated so customers can avoid any such uncomfortable embarrassing situations.

A lot of Asian tourists as I can see with my own eyes and of course there are a fair share of Westerners too don't mind mixing it up with the other team. So in a way, this red light district is offering it's services to satisfy that type of clientele. This is not to say that guys who are strictly into girls will not find a bar girl who's panties they want to get into.

Whether you have something against ladyboys or not they are a big part of Bangkok's pay for play scene. And if you have a bigger problem with gays then you might not like Patpong because it is the sole gay nightlife center in the city tailor made for gay foreigners.

But if you can see the trees through the forest correctly, Patpong has a lot of fine looking 100% female talent. I particularly like the bar girls employed at King's Castle 1 and King's Castle 2, both located on Patpong soi 1.

Drink prices at the bars I visit are reasonable. A bottle of Singh will set you back 130THB to 150THB. Lady drinks are around the same price. And I find that the ladies overcharge on their short time and long time rates but you can always talk the price down to a reasonable level. Depending on the girl I like for example at King's Castle 2 I'll keep a price in mind. Short time I offer up 1500THB. For long time I paid about 4000THB once.

Also should mention about Club Electric Blue on Patpong soi 2. Only been there a like 5 or 6 times, it's a great atmosphere and the girls are fun too. It's a very well run bar and kudos to their management. All 100% females inside by the way.

As I recall there used to be a lot more soapies too above Surawongse road. Now there are a few that I know about, Takara Massage on Patpong soi 1 next to Gold Fingers go go bar and New Versailles which is around the corner from the Rose Hotel. I haven't been to either one since last year. I went with a few friends and saw that the talent wasn't up to par. But to their defense we were their late afternoon, so it's understandable that if they had any better looking girls, they wouldn't be there until night time.

There are many Thai massage parlors with happy endings though they are not all located on the main drag of Silom or Surawongse road. The usual one that I go to is Ben Ten Massage on Silom soi 6. They have clean rooms, good service but most importantly okay looking girls. I typically go there for the oil massage.

So what's up with Patpong? Why would most guys shun a visit there? Well the area is totally commercialized. Almost every nook and corner on Silom is a night market, particularly on Patpong soi 1. So you get a big mix of all types of tourists of all ages.

One of my buddies swore off Patpong because he said he had to get through too many baby strollers to get to a go go bar. Personally, I don't think it's that bad but yes, you do see foreign families pushing strollers with teens figuring out which fake brand name jeans to buy.

Once I was in King's Castle 2 and normally I always sit near the front entrance. All of the best go go bars have their best looking girls in the front in full view of passerbys on the streets. This is how they get you in and it works.

Anyways, I was sitting on a stool and I had this hot bar girl on my lap. I was fooling around squeezing her tits and ass. And I had a feeling somebody was staring at me. Off the corner of my eye I saw two old female tourists standing by the front entrance looking right at me. They looked liked nuns and probably were and they had the eyes of extreme disapproval.

My mom never caught me jerking off but if I had to describe how I felt at that time that would be it. They were eventually ushered off but talk about a mood killer.

The Best $100USD a Night Hotel in Bangkok

Phachara Suites is the Hotel I Would Pick if I Could Spend $100USD Per Night

So on my last post I wrote that if I had $150 bucks a night I would book a room at the Grande Centre Point Terminal 21.

I just received a handful of emails and comments asking if I could recommend a hooker friendly place to stay near Nana or Soi Cowboy between the price ranges of $85USD to $100USD.

I like easy questions!

If that's my budget range I would definitely choose the Phachara Suites Sukhumvit on soi 6! I wrote a review about Phachara last year and you can read about it here including a map of the hotel's location including an email stating their guest friendly policy.

Right now for the month of June you can land yourself a studio deluxe room for $75USD which includes breakfast. Normally it is a $100USD per night hotel.

It's just that Agoda.com now has a 30% off (as of writing) discount. These deals can be ongoing so even if you can't make it here to Bangkok this month you might still be able to get this discount for the near future since low season for hotels is coming up.

So what's the big deal on Phachara? To start off their studio rooms are 45 square meters big! And the hotel amenities are in the 4 star range so you get access to a good pool and gym.

Plus if you like Nana Plaza's go go bars like me it's only a short 5 minute walk from the Phachara's doors. I only recommend hotels that I have personally stayed in before. And I've recommended this hotel countless times and not one single person has said anything bad at all about Phachara Suites.

Having Some Fun at Bangkok's Colonze 2 Massage

Like many of the other soapies in the Ratchada section of Bangkok, Colonze 2 looks like a high classed body to body massage joint.

Though this soapy parlor provides special girls that are trained with the art of Nuru massage. Which really isn't all that exotic nor special to me.

Anyways, Colonze 2 is an easy place to reach. It's located about a 150 meters from the entrance of Ratchada soi 7 where Alaina Entertainment massage is located too.

There are plenty of decent no joiner fee hotels in the area...

There are many hotels near Colonze 2 and many other body to body massage parlors as well. So the area is not a bad spot at all to mess around in the soapies, especially if you have a long layover. Even if you have only a few days to mess around it's still a good area to find a budget hotel close to big massage shops. All taxi drivers will know of Ratchada soi 7 and taxis do not receive commissions for taking you there. An alternative is to take the MRT subway station to Thailand Cultural Centre Station and walk up instead. Just remember to use Exit #4. The walk to the parlor should take about 10 minutes.

So how are the girls? They always have a pretty good line up of ladies at least while I am there. The first floor by the entrance is where the fishbowl section is located. There are some seating areas near the fishbowl where the sideliner girls sit.

Colonze 2's fishbowl girls start from 1700THB and of course girls in that price range are a bit more mature. And the girls that can perform the nuru massage cost an extra 500THB. I would skip the nuru massage. It's nothing special at all.

Colonze 2 Massage on Ratchada Soi 7

Some of their prettier fishbowl girls can cost around 2400THB. Personally I don't mind paying for the prettier faces because the last time I've chosen a few in that price category I had good service and a fun time.

I've never picked a sideline girl from Colonze as of yet. Instead I always head up the stairs to the model lounge instead where I've found a lot of Thai university girls working for extra cash. I noticed that the best times to get to the model lounge is around 5pm to 6pm. From my experience that's the best time to find the most model girls. Though there are instances where many are already booked up. Because Colonze 2's models are very popular with the local Thai guys with cash to throw around.

The models I choose cost me about 2600THB for an hour and there are a couple of regulars I often stick with. There was one really hot looking girl with big tits, a skinny waste and a nice ass to boot but she's been picked up by a sponsor within a month of her working there.

There are a few other Colonze soapies, Colonze 1 and Colonze 4 and both are located slightly further out. I've been to all through the years and Colonze 2 is the best out of the bunch.
